The Staff

Paradise Properties, Inc. is a property management company whose staff rents and maintains vacation condominiums on the east end of St. Thomas since 1996. Two of their offerings are part of the collection of properties located around one of the world’s most beautiful beaches. Crystal Cove Villas is nestled near the shore of Sapphire Beach, while Sapphire Village Condominiums overlook Sapphire Beach and the Sapphire Beach Resort and Marina.

Alice Tuitt, General Manager, and her assistant, Bernie Burke, Reservation Manager, along with the rest of Paradise Properties staff (comprised of 4 housekeepers, a social media consultant and on occasion, contract and part-time help) have committed 21 years of service to ensure the comfort and pleasant enjoyment of guests. We cherish our small staff size and our relationship with the community members on Crystal Cove Villas and Sapphire Village Condominiums. Paradise Properties could not successfully accomplish it’s mission without the support of the owners, management staff, and groundskeepers of Crystal Cove Villas and Sapphire Village Condominiums.

Our vision is that every unit to which a guest is assigned conveys a sense of home with a touch of Caribbean flavor. The guests who return year after year call Crystal Cove Villas and Sapphire Village home away from home. These guests are a tribute to the success of that vision.

We invite you to join our community as a guest for the first of many visits. As so many of our regular guests and their friends do when calling or emailing to make arrangements, just ask for Alice or her assistant Bernie by name. They’ll take good care of your accommodation needs.
