Paradise Properties, Inc. is a small property management company that has offered vacation condominiums at two resorts, one, Sapphire Village, overlooking the marina and beach, and the other, Crystal Cove Villas, near the shore of Sapphire Beach since 1996.
Alice Tuitt, General Manager, and her assistant, Bernie Burke, Reservation Manager, have committed 18 years of service to ensuring the comfort and pleasant enjoyment of guests. Their hope is that every unit to which a guest is assigned conveys a sense of home with a touch of Caribbean flavor and excitement. The guests who return year after year, and the ones who call Crystal Cove Villas or Sapphire Village home, or home away from home are a tribute to the success of that vision.
Alice and Bernie are assisted in their task by a staff of 4 housekeepers and some contract and part-time help. The support of Crystal Cove and Sapphire Village owners, management, grounds keepers, and cooperative staff is also gratefully acknowledged because without this support, Paradise Properties, Inc. could not successfully accomplish it's mission.
We cherish our small staff size and our relationship with the community members on Crystal Cove and Sapphire Village. We invite you to join our community for the first of many visits. As so many of our regular guests and their friends do when calling or emailing to make arrangements, just ask for Alice or her assistant Bernie by name. They'll take good care of your accommodation needs.
